Hello and thank you for visiting! It is Bob's goal as a real estate broker associated with a full service real estate company specializing in the Katy, Houston, Cypress, and Sugarland areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. Now a little about Bob Grinstead, GRI, CRS, Associate Broker with ERA Pathfinder Properties in Katy Texas. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Geology, Bob began a career in oil and gas exploration, which continued for nearly 26 years. This experience coupled with his 4 years in the Marine Corps has relocated him and his family to California, North Carolina, Ohio, Alabama, Kentucky, and Texas (twice). This experience has helped him when serving other families relocating in and out of the Houston area.
Bob's previous experience in the petroleum industry has given him a useful background in economics, land values, and presentations. However, more important, it has allowed him to meet a wide variety of people. This has been enhanced further by his Marine Corps Aviation career. He retired a colonel after 4 years of active and 22 years of reserve duty with nearly 2000 hours of flight time as a single engine jet pilot.
Bob is a full time active, committed, and experienced Broker who is one of the top-producing agents in Pathfinder Properties. Bob has completed the Graduate Realtors Institute School and is a Certified Residential Specialist. Only about 4% of all Realtors in the National Association of Realtors are both GRI and CRS designees.
Pathfinder Properties is a full-service real estate company with Residential, Farm and Ranch, Relocation, and Commercial, experience. They represent both Buyers and Sellers. Their two offices both located in Katy have more than 80 agents and a full-time support staff. Pathfinder had over $6,000,000 in sales for the month of February 2006.
